This applies to new clients who canceled their first reservation the day before, on the same day, or had no show.
If you would like to reschedule, please pay a deposit of ¥10,000. (If the total amount is ¥22,000, we charge the remaining ¥12,000 at the salon)
We can make a schedule again after payment is confirmed. If you cancel for the second time, please understand that the deposit you paid will be a cancellation fee and cannot be refunded.
